Q: What size should I order?

Q: I would like to order one or several products on a regular basis. Can do you have a subscription offer that will send new orders to me automatically?
A: We do! Please check out our "Subscriptions" section in our Shop or click directly on the link in the footer menu. Please fill out the inquiry form so one of our team members can get in touch with you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, please select your shipping method and address when you check out. You will be able to chose from several shipping options as you check out.
Q: How long does the shipping take
A: As usual, it would take 5-12 business days to arrive at your door. We will process and ship out your order within 2 days. Your parcel can be tracked online.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: After we send out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address. Simply enter this information into the proper fields and click on the track button. Please contact us via email if you need further tracking assistance.
Q: What should I do if the shipment is lost or stolen?
A: It is unlikely in that case. But if the goods damaged or lost,we will resend you another for compensating. But if the postal service delivers the goods to the wrong address you provided or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your order.
Cancellations and Claims
Q: What do I need to do if I want to cancel my order after it being placed?
A: Please contact us within 12 hours when you pay us if you want to cancel or change order. We are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
Q: If there is a problem with the goods I have received, what should I do?
A: If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Inform us of the problem with your order and we will give you instructions.
Q: I made a mistake with my order and it's status says Shipped, what should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately. As long as the order hasn't shipped, changes may be possible. If you notice an error on your part after you receive the goods, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. It is our goal that every customer is a happy customer.
